Simplicity is Not a Bad Thing: An Autobiographical Description

All my life I've been driven to push forward devoid of emotion under many circumstances. But the truth? Living my life with simplicity was the best option. In primary school, one of the many stages of life, I was consistently the best, pushed to become overly-objective, and thus I was quiet. As a new stage of life came about, I changed, I lived my life simply, and learned social skills. The transition was uncomfortable but it was worth it, I take pride in that manner.

Throughout my time in grade 8, I found people I could treasure and befriend, so far, considered as the warmest part of my life. I had lost some of my passion in studying, but it was simple and lively. Today, as a grade 10 student, I hope to do my all while living in simplicity. I wish to review and participate to make up for previous years. I am used to my family expecting much from me, but, it's normal. I am particularly interested in sciences and technology but have a passion for writing.

"According to all aerodynamic laws, the bumblebee cannot fly because its body weight is not to the right proportion to its wingspan, but ignoring these laws, the bee flies anyway." - This is a quote of beautiful depth and meaning, a quote I myself would like to adopt. It would apply to me in the sense that I'll be able to move amidst tragedy or difficulty. To gallantly face challenges, to be consistent, to be a prevailing student sets the ambience for success. An ardor for studying, a consistent routine, that is my goal. With concord to all my abilities, I must master true discipline.

One day, I am going to grow wings, a rebirth of my learning and skills, to bloom once again. Diligence is but a key to success, despair is temporary. To live with the mindset "The winner takes it all" is not living at all. Sometimes I should've refrained, I shouldn't take everything on my shoulders. Let Him into your heart then you can start to make it better.
